In 2020, Furniture Bazaar partnered with Bonfire to develop a strategy that would stimulate business growth, both through their online store and their bricks and mortar outlets. The brand partnered with Bonfire to improve their organic ranking and grow website traffic.


After conducting a thorough market analysis and investigating search trends, Bonfire reshaped Furniture Bazaar’s website applying on-page content optimisation to specifically focus on individual product keywords (i.e., recliner lounges, mattresses, outdoor settings).


The organic search campaign achieved accurate search intent, delivering unprecedented brand awareness, traffic growth and growth in online and offline sales. The number of keywords in the top 3 positions grew by 114% over the last year (comparing 43 keywords in the top 3 spots now to 20 in 2019).


In 2022, the Treasury Laws Amendment (Electric Car Discount) Bill was passed in Australia, which exempted electric vehicles from fringe benefits tax. Fleet Network faced the challenge of effectively reaching and engaging with their target audience.


Based on our analysis, Bonfire developed a multi-channel marketing strategy that targeted audiences across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The strategy consisted of three distinct stages that corresponded to the consumer’s buying journey: top, middle, and bottom of the funnel.


The results of the campaign were impressive, with Fleet Network seeing a significant increase in website traffic, leads generated, and conversions. The company saw an increase in enquiries of 1,793% and a 1,567% increase in sales from December 2022 to February 2023.


In 2021, WA recorded its worst ambulance ramping figures and a drop in emergency response times due to an under-resourced and under-pressure hospital system. As a result, St John tasked Bonfire with promoting its first aid training, kits, first aid responder app, and Urgent Care Centres.


After conducting a thorough market analysis and investigating search trends and ecommerce data, Bonfire were able to understand how consumers were searching. Bonfire developed a series of awareness campaigns on Facebook and Instagram as well as promotional campaigns to drive sales for first aid kits


The number of first aid kits sold increased by 3% YoY and the number of defibs sold increased by 47% YoY. The number of “defib” key phrases that St John rank for were up 1400 positions on Google YoY and organic traffic was also up a whopping 320% YoY.
