The client had to decide on how to proceed with their brand after cannabis-related products were no longer allowed on Shopify. They wanted a new website with an open source platform with multiple plugins and extension features. The client wanted us to implement SEO enhancements.

Oplossing

We maximized WordPress’s customizability, flexibility, simplicity, and security in developing a WooCommerce Shopping cart. We added a customized search option, an interactive map, and implemented wholesale function capabilities. We developed a mega menu and launched multiple marketing campaigns.

Resultaat

Within the first two years of our partnership, revenue from the website grew by more than 4,400%. The second quarter after the website launched, email marketing grew by 980%, website traffic from email campaigns increased by 829%, and audience size for email campaigns more than doubled.

Uitdaging

After being dissatisfied with the performance of their current website, and marketing campaigns, the client contacted us to upgrade their website, fix slow page load speed, and overhaul their marketing campaigns. The new website should be fast, and support orders from their growing customer base.

Oplossing

We designed the home, category, product, shop, and pages. Some of the apps we installed were the Omega Instant Search, Aftershop, Metafield Editor, Slider Functionality, and Advanced Reorder; and added the Mini Cart Dropdown feature. We wrote optimized copy and launched SEO, PPC, email campaigns.

Resultaat

Within the first few years conversions grew by 3,653%, organic transactions grew by more than 107.9%, PPC revenue grew by 427.7% . They saw an ROAS increase of 4.76x to 10.88x. Email marketing revenue increased by more than 176.49% within the first year.

Uitdaging

Lea Black’s website had a problematic WordPress navigation layout. Users had issues with the dropdown menu, copy had Lorem Ipsum text, YouTube channel lacked a video SEO strategy, multiple 404 pages, and ADA problems.

Oplossing

We customized the mega menu to be triggered by hovering. We updated the checkout to reflect a branded and natively styled experience. Product thumbnail galleries and zoom features on product pages were added, and multiple marketing campaigns were launched.

Resultaat

One month after launch, the new website experienced a 28% increase in user engagement. Organic revenue grew by 335.5% and overall revenue by 408.3% compared to the month prior. Traffic from email marketing campaigns accounted for more than 20% of overall traffic within the first month.
