Test purchases

Test mode allows you to test your paid apps and in-app purchases in Production without actually buying them. In test mode, all purchases and cancellations you make don’t involve real money transactions.

You can’t get a trial in test mode. If your app has a trial, it will be available after release.

To access your apps in test mode, you don’t have to be subscribed to Semrush. If you don’t have access, get in touch with your account manager.

Purchase paid app in test mode

1. Open your app in the Store.

2. Make sure there is Test mode under the Buy button.

   
3. Click Buy.

4. In the pop-up, click Pay now.

   

5. Now you have access to the paid version of the app in test mode.

   

Add in-app purchases in test mode

To be able to add an in-app purchase to a paid app, purchase the app in test mode first.

To add an in-app purchase in test mode:

1. Use the SM.client('requestInAppPurchase').
2. In the pop-up, select an in-app purchase you want to test and click Buy:
   
   
   
3. Click Pay now.
   
   

Now you have the in-app added in the app in test mode.
