You can find all your drafted, scheduled, and sent email campaigns in one place within the AI PR Toolkit.
Where to find your email history
- In the left-hand menu, go to Your Emails.
- This section is divided into tabs:
- Draft – Emails you've started and saved but haven't scheduled or sent.
- Sent – Emails that you’ve sent.
- Scheduled – Emails you’ve set to be sent at a later time.
- Rejected – Emails that weren’t sent due to an error during the sending process.
Each tab shows key details like:
You can use filters to narrow down your search (e.g., by sender or date).
Reopening or editing a draft
To continue working on a draft:
- Go to the Drafts tab.
- Click the email’s name to start editing.
This will open the editor with your saved content. You can update the copy, change recipients, add files, and schedule or send the campaign.
If you want to reuse the same message, click the gear icon and select Duplicate to copy it.
Reviewing sent emails
The Sent tab contains not only your sent email history, but also analytics such as open and click rates, and details like the number of recipients.
For deeper insight into individual campaigns, click on any specific message in the Sent tab. You’ll see detailed statistics including:
- Delivery status, bounces, and unsubscribes per recipient
- Exactly when each person opened or clicked your email
- Campaign-wide CTR
- Explanations of what each metric means
Analyzing the overall email campaign analytics
Click the Analytics tab at the top of the Emails section to see all your campaign data in one place. Use the date filter to view global campaign analytics for a selected time range.
